Most datasets above are published under the Singapore Open Data Licence or equivalent government terms. Where attribution is required, the source is linked next to every chart, table and calculator result. We do not redistribute raw files — we derive aggregates, indicators and charts from them.
Notas sobre la calidad de los datos
- URA caveats lag the actual sale by roughly 2–6 weeks — a transaction stamped "Jan" may not appear until mid-February.
- HDB median-rent dataset uses flat-type codes like
3-RM; resale data uses3 ROOM. We normalise on ingest. - URA's rolling window expires old caveats by day, but indexes monthly — we preserve the oldest month to avoid partial-month gaps.
- New-launch monthly developer sales lag by about 6 weeks after the reporting month closes.
