    Agents can now self-serve a sponsorship at /become-area-sponsor — pick a single HDB town, condo, landed district, commercial type, or new-launch project, apply with CEA verification, and your card appears on that detail page in the natural reading flow. One agent per scope. Visitors request a callback directly from the card; we deliver the lead to your inbox. Pricing scales with segment and duration; impressions, clicks, and leads tracked in your dashboard.

    En-Bloc Probability Calculator

    New public calculator at /calculator/en-bloc sharing the same 5-factor scoring formula behind the nightly en-bloc score batch. Add an optional plot-ratio uplift (current GPR vs URA Master Plan permissible) for a more accurate score than the batch on properties whose GPR is known, plus two qualitative sliders for ABSD climate and developer appetite that produce a sentiment-adjusted display reading.

    Lifestyle Score by District

    New insight at /insights/score-lifestyle — a 0–100 composite across five dimensions (nightlife 20, food 25, family 20, commute to CBD 20, green space 15) computed per Singapore district from OneMap POIs and resident-amenity counts. Bar chart ranks all 28 districts coloured by verdict tier, complementing the existing Walkability and Investment scores.

    Premium new-launch sub-tabs

    Launches on the Premium tier (10 Evelyn, ELTA, J'DEN) now expose eleven per-project views inside the mega-menu: Gallery, Floor Plans, Schools, Progress, Investment, Market Intel, Location and Developer in addition to Overview, Prices and Sales Velocity. Free-tier projects keep the standard four tabs; the eight premium tabs remain visible with a PRO badge so you can see what's unlocked at the higher tier.

    Real PSF replaces synthetic curves in the mega-menu

    The New Launch picker now shows all 229 active and upcoming projects (it was capped at eight) with live median PSF and monthly absorption read from new_launch_monthly — 167 projects have real price history, the rest show —. The Landed panel reads per-district 12-month PSF trends directly from sales_transactions; 24 of 28 districts have real data and no district displays a simulated curve any more.

    Calculators and Advisors merged · Resources counts

    The top nav now groups Calculators and Advisors under a single tab — 54 tools across five columns: Cost, Investment, Loan, HDB & New Launch, and Advisors. Resources → Geography and Content sections show live page counts next to each link: 28 districts, 189 MRT stations, 21 neighbourhoods, 25 checklists, 44 Knowledge Base topics, 168 guides, 37 glossary entries.

    Nav restructure, relabel and mega-menu bug fixes

    Top-nav triggers reordered so property verticals come first (New Launch → Condo → HDB → Landed → Commercial). Renamed My Dashboard to My Portfolio, New Launches to New Launch, and Property Advisor to Advisors. Restored the top-right language selector across all 15 languages. Fixed 404s when opening detail pages from the Condo and Landed picker lists (now /property/{slug}/{tab} and /landed/district/{n}/{tab}). Reflowed the Condo comparison slots into a 2×2 grid so filled pills no longer spill into the adjacent column.

    Mega navigation taglines rewritten for clarity and SG-English consistency. Added Business subsection (Advertise, Rate Card, Partners, Sponsors) and a Company column in the footer linking Methodology, Data Sources, Changelog, Press and Contact.
