This report summarises the data refresh completed on 23 May 2026. We pulled 3,019,780 records from upstream sources (URA, HDB, data.gov.sg, ACRA) and ingested 3,002,886 new rows into the ShiokNest database.
URA: Private sales & new launches
In this refresh we added 137,148 new private-market sale transactions from URA, refreshed 316 developer-sales records, and re-synced the URA pipeline (covering upcoming launches across Singapore).
Most-active projects this refresh: LANDED HOUSING DEVELOPMENT (5,425 txns), PARC CLEMATIS (1,258 txns), NORMANTON PARK (1,240 txns).
Top districts by refreshed volume: District 19 (Punggol, Hougang, Serangoon Gardens) (16,022), District 15 (Joo Chiat, Amber Road, Katong) (12,095), District 18 (Tampines, Pasir Ris) (10,203).
HDB: Resale, rentals & median rent
On the HDB side we picked up 133,038 new resale transactions and 184,492 rental transactions, plus a fresh slice of median rents by town.
Commercial & business data
Commercial rental index refreshed 0 quarterly rows. ACRA business map refreshed 2,087,750 active-business rows, powering the business heat map.
